He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Teter (Long); his children, Jeffrey T. Teter of Riverton, WV, Lisa Teter-Raines (Jack Judy) of Maysville, WV, Melissa M. Adams (Kirk) of Headwaters, VA, Charlotte Renee Teter (Randy Henderson) of Bowden, WV and Kristina Vance of Berlin, PA; his godson Joey Conn, Jr. of Darlington, MD; his grandchildren, Brian Sites (Courtney), Ryan Raines (Sarah), Cassie Teter-Botkin (Laramie), Thomas Sites and Jeffrey Teter (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Carson, Case, Cali, Cambree, Carlee, Cannon, Lucas and Haven; his siblings, Carl Cooper (Peggy) of Cabins, WV, Herbert Cooper (Dorothy) of Edgewood, Maryland, Freddie Cooper (Patricia) of Seneca Rocks, WV, Ruth Smith of Baltimore, MD, Betty Gordon (Donald) of Circleville, WV, JoAnn Watts of Seneca Rocks, WV and Catherine George (Junior) of Joppa, MD; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Conrad of Reedsville, WV and Ray Rexroad of Talcott, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
