It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ollie Smith (Ona, West Virginia), born in Wilsondale, West Virginia, who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Stroud and Brookie Parsley Stroud; her son Darrell Keith Smith; and her siblings, Genevieve Wallace, Lora King, Olive Sutherland, Edna Mae Mills, Elizabeth Marcum, Wayne Stroud, Orville Stroud and John B. Stroud.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Smith; her children, Sherry Smith of Culloden, W. V, Robert Smith (Gloria) of Albuquerque, N. M., Glenn Smith (Carrie) of Clarkston, Mich and James Smith (LaRae) of Pickerington; her grandchildren, Thomas Smith (Lauren) of Clarkston, Joseph Smith (Katie) of Eaton Rapids, Mich, Shannon Pack (Nick Messer) of Louisville and Shelby Crossen (Gary) of Lavalette, W. V; her great grandchildren, Trenton Smith and Kayson Crossen; and her siblings, Marie Dillon (Liss) of Cookeville, Tenn. and James Stroud (Betty) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
