He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Straub and Olive Straub of Huntington, WV.; his daughter Melissa Dawn Nethercutt; and his brother Jerry Straub. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Matt (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Jessie Nethercutt, Tyler Straub, Megan Nethercutt, Trevor Straub and Jared Nethercutt.
