Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Grafton Roger Proctor (Ona, West Virginia), born in Leslie, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 76, on October 25, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grafton Proctor and Beula Judd Proctor; his aunt Eileen; his uncle Coy Lawhorn; and his cousins, Ronald Lawhorn Charles Lawhorn of Indiana and Jeff Lawhorn.

He is survived by: his wife Terry Garretson Proctor; his daughter Sherry Simpson (Steve) of Charleston; his grandson Laden Mullins of Poca; his siblings, Harold (Tina) of Campbell's Creek, Rick (Donna) of Topeka, IN, Linda Tony (Randy) of Goshen Indiana and Ray; and his sister-in-law Renee Wells of Charleston. He is also survived by His mother.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is mandated by the Governor and the CDC that proper facial coverings be worn and that social distancing be observed.
