She was predeceased by: her parent Douglas Norris. She is survived by: her parent Kathleen Davis Norris; her husband Robert Eland of Kenneth City; her brother Dallas Tim Ball; her aunt Gertrude McCroskey; and her close friends, Hilda Lynn Pierce of Huntington and Deborah Prichard of Ohio. She is also survived by two daughters; one son.
