It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Perando (Old Fields, West Virginia), born in Bloomington, Maryland, who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Adam Perando. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacalyn A. Riggleman (Steve) of Moorefield, WV, Barbara Lipscomb (Roger) of Old Fields, WV, Cheryl Strawser (Ray) of Augusta, WV and Tina Perando of Rochelle, IL; and her sister Alice Magruder of Barton, MD. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 39 grandchildren.
