It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachael Kathryn Welton of Old Fields, West Virginia, born in Petersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ohley Gray Webley and Vivian Elizabeth Wheaton Webley; her husband Aaron Alexander Welton, Jr.; and her son Aaron A. Welton, III. She is survived by: her children, David J. Welton, Elizabeth Gray Mullin (Larry) of Winchester, VA and Kathryn Welton-Davy (Allen) of Old Fields, WV; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Welton of Old Fields, WV. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
