She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Seymour Williams and Anna Mary McNeill Williams; her husband Carroll Daniel Rowe, Sr.; and her daughter Anna Mary Frost Williams. She is survived by: her children, Mary Margaret Rowe, Jane Rowe Stein (Tom) of Old Fields, WV, Carroll Daniel Rowe, Jr. (Bev) of Stafford, VA and John Roderick Rowe (Barbara) of Old Fields, WV. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
