He was predeceased by: his father Clarence "Moon" Howell; and his siblings, Clarence "Kayo" Jr., Mark, Patrick, Terry Howell and Sharon Kay Howell.
He is survived by: his close friend Mary Thomas of Dry Branch; his stepson Rex Thomas (Nancy) of Dry Branch; his mother Goldie "Blackie" Howell of Ohley; his siblings, James "Buddy" Howell (Teresa) of Ohley, Phillip "Rick" Howell (Howie) of South Carolina, Billy Howell (Danielle) of Ohley, Cindy Miller of North Ridgeville, OH, Sarah Hicks (Steve) of Columbia, MD, Diana Howell of Ohley and Loretta Williams of Indiana; and his grandchildren, Autumn and Aiden Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
