He is survived by: his wife Teresa Howell; his children, James "Little Buddy" Howell of Leewood and Tonya "Jesse" Green of Eskdale; his mother Goldie "Blackie" Howell of Ohley; his siblings, Rick Howell (Missy) of Shrewsbury, Phillip "Rick" "Howie" "Cowell" Howell of South Carolina, Billy Howell (Danielle) of Ohley, Cindy Miller of North Ridgeville, OH, Sarah Hicks (Steve) of Columbia, MD and Diana Howell of Chesapeake; his grandchildren, Logan and Chaz Cooper; and his close friend Jeremy "Hook" Hamilton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter.
