Charlie Bolen (Ruth), Roy Bolen, David "Hoss" Bolen (Trish), Emma Mae Hambrick, Dreama Lilly and Dottie Lilly; and his close friend Mary Helems of Beaver, WV.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
