She is survived by: her children, Cathy Horrocks (Toby) of Flagler Beach, FL., John Wade Whittaker of Odd and Jason Ray Whittaker of Odd; her siblings, Sandra Meadows of Odd, David Meadows of Cary, IL. and Janet Cheney; and her grandchildren, Samantha, Morgan, Jessica, Julie and Allen.
