He is survived by: his wife Patricia Johnson; his children, Kimberly Pelphrey (Chad), Kelsey Johnson (Dan), Kayla Johnson (Adrian), Kandace Kincaid (Matthew), Kassidy Johnson and Kenneth Johnson; his grandchildren, Jayden Isaac, Owen Isaac, Marleigh Isaac, Walker Kincaid, Millie Kincaid, Renley Reed and Sterling Reed; and his siblings, Michela and Brayden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
