He was predeceased by: his parent Frenchie Duty; and his brother Frenchie Scott Ball. He is survived by: his mother Judy Cantrell (Hatfield); his wife Amanda Duty; his daughters, Keeley of Oceana, WV and Layla Duty of Oceana, WV; his stepfather Larry Cantrell of Ulysses, KY; his siblings, Frenchie Brian Duty of Indore, WV and Tonya Marcum (Woodrow) of Chapmanville, WV; his stepmother Darlene Duty (Cooke) of Oceana, WV; and his stepsiblings, Adam Cantrell of West Liberty, KY, Kevin Cooke of Logan, WV, Dawn Allen (Sam) of Oceana, WV and Sandra Shorter (DJ). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
