He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Jackson and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Harless; his daughter Donna Karen Harless; and his siblings, James "Buck" Harless, Marshall Harless, Lucille Fortner, Milton Harless, Frank Harless of Fred Harless, P. J., Ray Harless, Betty Joe Collins, Marie Mace and Mae Morris.
He is survived by: his brother Earl Harless; and his children, Elizabeth N. Harless, Rhonda Harless Halpern and Rick L. Harless.
