He is survived by: his children, Martha Lusk (Sharol), Belinda Lay (John) and Frank Linville (Teresa); his grandchildren, Natasha Cline (BJ), Rishona Jones (Jacob), John David Lay (Perla), Katie Alward (David), Rebecca Linville, Hannah Fleming (Will) and Bethany Lewellen (Jake); his great grandchildren, Cruz Cline, Addison Jones, Gracie Jones, Mabel Sloan Lewellen and Baby Fleming; his close friend Sandra Cobb; and his caregivers, Wanda Carter, Penny Kennedy, Leigha Smith, Teresa Stewart, Karen Sigmon and Teresa Hannah.
