With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Ann Horn (Oceana, West Virginia), who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Grace may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Grace touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her sister Becky; her grandparents, Charles, Pauline Adkins, Elmer and Caroline Horn; her uncles, Denver Akins and Eddie Adkins; her aunt Madeline; her cousin Savannah Adkins; and her great-nephew Dillion Horn.
She is survived by: her parents, Jackie Horn and Maxine Adkins Horn; and her brother Thomas (Crissy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
