It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Dare Cline (Oceana, West Virginia), born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Lester and Magnolia O'Quinn Lester; and her siblings, Larry, John Lester and Marie Lipe.
She is survived by: her husband James Tony Cline; her children, James Ty Cline (Jennifer) of Lexington, NC, Bridgette Marlo Cline (Aaron Blackmon) of Lexington, NC and Samantha Kleinfelder; her stepdaughter Sheryll Cline of Man; her grandchildren, Whitley Danielle McCandies (Robert), Heather Magnolia Vance (Phillip Graves), Haleigh Marie Cline, James Ayden Cline and Lilly Tura; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah Michelle Graves, Ashton Llyod Graves and Allison Grace Tura; and her sisters, Lucy Cooper (Joe), Sharon Atwell (David) and Tabitha Maxey.
