He is survived by: his children, Tim Pelphrey of Statesville, NC, Bill Willard of Oceana, Sue McCoy of Oceana and Kathy Whitney (Cliff) of Oak Hill; his grandchildren, Marina, Misty, Chad, Brett, Cassie, Patricia, Tonya, Bruce of Erica, TJ, Stacey, Genna, Thomas and Melissa; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Gabe, Abby, Lilly, Lauren, Dylan, Maddi, Rylee and Charley; his siblings, Opal Williams of Waverly, OH and Bob Pelphrey of Columbus, OH; and his close friends, Jay, Scott Wykle, Wimpy Cook and Isaac Mosley.
