It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Smith (Oceana, West Virginia), who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Spratt and Minnie Toler Spratt; her siblings, Rhannis Spratt (Annis), Betty Harvey (Roger), Deloris Blankenship (James) and Faye Burrell; her brother-in-law Ralph Thomas; her husband Clifton "Butch" Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Harless Burrell of Brenton, Mary Thomas of Charlotte, NC and Earl Smith (Joyce) of Clear Fork. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
