She is survived by: her husband Michael Allen Smith of Oakvale; her children, Ronda Small (Thomas) of Princeton, Janet Dobbins (John) of Evant, TX, Angie Woody (Keith) of Oakvale and Robby Pertee (Crystal) of Elgood; her grandchildren, Anthony Small, Dustin Warner, Logan Woody, Sierra Pertee, Riley Pertee, Sophie Woody and Princess; her great grandchildren, Holden Small, Carson Warner, Audrey Warner, Carter Small, Levi Barie and Waylon Warner; and her sister Charlene Nelson.
