He is survived by: his wife Debra Humphrey Blake; his daughters, LeAnn Blake (Chris Bell) and Stephanie Hamilton Simmons (Terry); his grandchildren, Jacquelyn Simmons Almarode (Heath), Kaitlyn Simmons, Samuel and Matthew Simmons; his sisters, Regina Settle and Lisa Blake Russel; and his aunts, Verna Clark and Shirley Gamble. He is also survived by 4 nieces; and 1 nephew.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
