He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Walter Kelley Sr. and Verle M. Payne; his siblings, Howard Payne, Dillis Payne and Terry Lee Kelley; his brother-in-law David Smith; and his grandson Kyle Quackenbush.
He is survived by: his daughters, Antoinette Lisey (Miria) and Theresa Vann (Terrance); his siblings, Larry Kelley and Kaye Smith; his sister-in-law Drema Kelley; his grandchildren, Steven (Katie), Cameron, Emily, Gabrielle, Nikko, Taryn and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Levi, Nevaeh and Caleb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
