He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Velman Amick Sr.; and his sisters, Arline Guice (Amick) and Marvella Lawhorn (Amick). He is survived by: his mother Janet Frances Marshall Long; his girlfriend Diana Richardson; his siblings, Kelvin Amick, Timothy Amick, Dreama Flint (Amick), Linda Tincher (Amick), Sheila Kyle (Amick) and Marlene LaMonica (Amick); and his children, Elizabeth Amick and Michael Fiels. He is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, many nieces, and nephews.
