She was predeceased by: her parent Earl Caldwell; her grandparents, Alvis "Pat", Essie Vance Caldwell, Roy Hensley and Thelma James Hensley; her aunts, Merle Caldwell and Delores Hensley Galotta; and her uncle Gerald Cornett.
She is survived by: her parent Viola Hensley Caldwell; her husband Michael Robert Humphrey; and her close friends, Mike Dunlap, Barb Dunlap, Nancy Sanger and Ann Raney.
