He is survived by: his mother Lucille Pannell; his significant other Susie (Susan Edwards); his stepdaughter Robin Thomas DiBartolomeo (Jay) of Beckley; his grandsons, Nicholas Toussaint, Andrew Toussaint of Vermont, Anthony DiBartolomeo and Thomas DiBartolomeo of Beckley; and his siblings, Charlie Pannell (Beth) of Victor, John Pannell of Victor, Jonetta, Donna, Linda and Kay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
