He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ruben and Fannie Pearl Griffy Baber; and his siblings, Melvin Baber, Kendall Baber, Grover Baber, Paul Baber, Frank Baber, Nina Pruitt, Thelma Armstrong, Ethel Allen and Lois Pannell.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Deitz Baber; and his sister Lucille Pannell. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
