He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Austin and Marian Belcher Bowen. He is survived by: his children, Stefen Bowen (Morgan), Mason Bowen (Melody), Jordan Richmond (Andrew) and Jenna Anderson (Chris); his grandchildren, Rylan Bowen, Eli Bowen, Macie Bowen, Hayden Sheffield, Aidan Richmond, Laney Richmond, Gavin Richmond, Haley Anderson and James Anderson; and his brother Michael Bowen (Taunya).
