She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Cleveland and Ida Jones Bowyer; her children, Anita Scarbro and Gilbert Scarbro; her brother Mutt; and her half-siblings, Sandy and William.
She is survived by: her husband Monoah Junior Scarbro; her son Craig Scarbro (Rebekah); her siblings, Jackie, Gay, Sara and Zack Hancock; her granddaughter Samantha Williams; and her great grandchildren, Gauge Kincaid and Harley Kincaid.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Maynor Freewill Baptist Church, 2701 Sweeneysburg Road, Beckley, WV 25801.
