It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rupert Parker (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on February 22, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Cyrus Parker and Mary Zoe Jones-Parker; his siblings, Dewey, Winfred, Ruth, Thelma, Beulah and Eleanor; and his grandson Michael Johns.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Parker; his children, Tania (William Sheaves), Joanna (Lee Gupton), Wayne Parker (Daniel) and Diane Parker; and his brother Alfred Parker (Fonda).
