She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Merle Adkins (Egnor) and Peter Marshall Adkins; and her siblings, Mildred Tincher (Adkins), Harry Adkins, Kenneth Adkins, Ralph Adkins (Miami), Clifford Adkins, Charles Adkins and Emory Adkins (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Luther Garrett; her daughters, Terria Dawn Catherman of Charlotte, NC and Kathleen L. (Casey); and her stepchildren, Vicki Keston, Karla Hahn, Jodi Garrett and Randy Garrett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Ruby would like donations made to a favorite charity of your choosing.
