He is survived by: his wife Alberta Clark Tincher; his siblings, Charles Tincher, Billy Tincher, James Tincher, Dorothy Tincher and Shirley Compton; his grandson Jonathan McGuire; his children, Larry Tincher, Leroy Tincher, Gayla Scarbrough, Loretta Tincher, Lillie Cox and Lynn McGuire; and his brother Robert Tincher. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 4 great, great-grandchildren.
