She is survived by: her father Archie Boone Puckett; her husband Howard Louis Perry; her sons, Howard Louis Perry, Jr of Salem, VA and Jonathan Puckett Perry (Jennifer Duba); her grandchildren, Jacob Perry and Alexa Perry of Huntington, WV; her siblings, Daniel Puckett (Alma) of Columbus, OH, Frances Puckett of Roanoke, VA and Shirley Mooney (Conrad) of Raleigh, NC; and also Laura Rife Puckett of Roanoke, VA.. She is also survived by several brothers and sister in laws, and many nephews and nieces.
