He is survived by: his wife Glenda Gay Armstrong Sloan; his children, Karen Ann Sloan, Ronda Gay Falk (Tim), Neysa Renee Green (Ricky), Susan Dawn Sloan DiGiacomo, Richard Dale Catlett and Robert Keith Sloan (Sarah); and his son-in-law Kevin Phillips.
