He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Plumb Garrett and Sydney Garrett; and his siblings, Albert Garrett, Daniel Garrett, Doris Ayette, Helen Jorden, Margaret Hamby, Marvin Garrett, David Garrett, Shirley Kay Holcomb, Sharon Fay Querry, Mary Del Conte, Mildred Goode, Ruth Mullette and Emma Jean Price.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Randy Garrett, Karla Hahn, Vicki Kistner and Jodi Garrett; and his siblings, Michael Garrett and Betty Jamison.
