With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Crinton Toney (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on March 1, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Kit" and Winnie Thompson Toney; and his siblings, Cap, Stuart, Sam, Chris, Mabel, Darcus and Frances.
He is survived by: his nephew Walter C. Boardwine of Elkins; and his siblings, William Toney of Hertford, NC, Mary Cumbow of Hilltop and Patsy Speca of Baltimore.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations of sympathy be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia P.O. Box 1472 Beckley WV, 25802.
