It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Carol Elder of Oak Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Blevins and Nellie Blevins. She is survived by: her husband Donald Elder; her daughters, Terrie Massie (Paul) and Trina Sims (Chad); her grandchildren, Sutton Higginbotham, Torre Greathouse, Isaac Massie and Hanna Sims; and her nephew Levi Blevins.
