She is survived by: her husband Timmie Arrington; her children, Willie Bartley (Jessica), Justin Bartley (Bobbie) and Taylor Arrington; her grandchildren, William Douglas Bartley III, Shelby Lee Bartley and Gabriel Ace Bartley; her parents, Eleanor Sell (Thrasher) and Robert Gouer; her siblings, Jeffrey Gouer, Michael Proudfoot and Laurel Dottellis (Proudfoot); and her children, Chase and Trent Rudd.
Her family would also like to extend a special "Thank You" to the ICU staff of Charleston Area Medical Center Covid Unit.
