She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clarence Newton Bailey and Anne Mae Lavender Bailey; her siblings, Clarence Thomas Bailey, Mary Eleanor Bailey and Sara Alice Bailey; her parents-in-law, Sally and Lotice Webb; her grandparents, Thomas, Mary Bertha Lavender, Amos and Daisy Bailey; her husband Jerry Wayne Webb of East Kingston; her daughters, Kristan Dawn Davis (Mark) of Beckley, WV. and Kerry Jayne Webb of Beckley, WV.; her grandchildren, Colten Tyler Sweeney, Jessica Brooke Wood, Jacob Douglas Davis and Tyler Lee Sweeney; her sisters, Rebecca Louise Bailey (Terry) of Vincennes, IN and Martha Faith Wilson (Winston) of Durant, OK.; and her nieces and nephews, Oliver Winston Wilson, David Allen, Bethany Marie Wilson Hanna and Baileigh Anne Wilson Fisher.
