With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha Billups (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Skaggs and Daisy Skaggs; her mother-in-law Elizabeth Billups; and her son-in-law Shanon Dixon. She is survived by: her husband Larry Billups; her children, April Grimmett (Timmy), Alicia Billups Dixon, Neveah Billups (Katie) and Justin Billups; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Grimmett, Kimberly Grimmett, Harper Faith Price and Alex Goodenow; her siblings, Patty Naylor and Mike Skaggs; and her friends, Pat, Bo LaRocco, Faye Holliday and Kaye Ballard.
