We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Lillian Mae Phillips of Oak Hill, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Vegh and Fannie Vegh (Grandetti); her significant other Carl E. Phillips; and her siblings, Margaret Vegh, Helen Saplak (Pete), Elizabeth Crone (Buster), Edith Bowling (Frank), Andrew Vegh, Jr. (Ruth), John Vegh (Mickey) and Andy Bodnar.
She is survived by: her daughter Edie Davis (Johnny); her grandchildren, Joshua Davis (Amanda) and Heather Pack (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Maxx Davis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Tyree Funeral Home- Oak Hill (999 Jones Ave, Oak Hill, WV 25901). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the High Lawn Memorial Park (1435 Main St E, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Southern West Virginia, 454 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
