With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keith Birdsong (Oak Hill, West Virginia), who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerald Birdsong and Frances Carter Birdsong of Mount Hope, WV.; his sister Shelley Maddex (Lee) of Morgantown, WV; and his nephew Nate J. Maddex of Morgantown, WV..

While masks are not required the family asks visitors to wear a mask and help stop the spread of COVID 19.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in memory of Keith to the Reed College of Media Scholarship Fund 2S091 to support future media professionals. Donations can be made online at WVU Foundation.
