She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKenney and Joetta Wriston Miller; her former husband Kenneth James, Sr.; her husband Lee Price; and her siblings, Larry McKenney and Linda Jennings.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Fawcett of Spruce Pine, NC, Kenneth James, Jr., Lissa of Ronda, NC, Chris James, Erin of Charleston, WV, Shawn James of Spruce Pine, NC and Trisha Byers. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
