He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Perry Garten. He is survived by: his father Jessie Perry; his daughters, Aimee Perry and Raegan Perry; his siblings, Rhonda Cross-Perry, John Perry, James Perry and Charles Perry; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Jeffries, Kelly Morton and Brittany Perry.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to be made to High Lawn Funeral Home, 1435 E. Main St., Oak Hill, WV.
