He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard "Possum" Pietkoski and Ruth Long; his grandmother Martha Pietkoski; and his uncle Fred Crouse. He is survived by: his wife Janet Pietkoski; his daughters, Carrie Pietkoski, Candy Pietkoski, Lora Warford (Thomas Warford) and Tarah Tozier (Dale Tozier); his grandchildren, Kaleb Pietkoski (Harlee Pietkoski), Tristan Pietkoski, Aiden Jandreau and Cloe Warford; and his great grandchildren, Hazel Faye Pietkoski and Aspen Elaine Pietkoski.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made in his name to St. Judes Children's Hospital for Cancer Research.
