He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Rogers Dixon; his sons, John Dixon III (Kerrie Dixon) of Oak Hill and Robert Brian Dixon of D'iberville, Mississippi; his grandson Dylan Michael Dixon of D'iberville, Mississippi; and his stepgrandsons, Christopher and Eric Salas.
