It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Lynn Yarber of Oak Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eugene Arrington and Katie Marie McKinney Arrington; her husband Robert Yarber; and her siblings, Wanda Frye, Eva Yarber and Everette Arrington.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Yarber (Selina) and Stephen Yarber (Amy); and her siblings, Karen Goins, Ruth White, John Arrington and Frank Arrington. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
