She is survived by: her children, Greg Hall (Chrissy) of Henderson, Nevada, Patti Hunt (David) of Lenoir City, TN and Judy Lively (Mike) of Oak Hill, WV; her grandchildren, John Puckett, III (Felicia) of Knoxville, TN, Gregory Hall, II (Christie) of Yukon, OK, Lindsay Blackburn of Beckley, WV, Kalli Jo Ballard of Fayetteville, WV, Kathleen Lively-Polk (Matt) of Oak Hill and Jared Lively (Danielle) of Beckley, WV; her great grandchildren, Arilynn, Ava, Aubrey and Wade; her siblings, Jimmy Gregory (Evelyn), Pat McMahan (Jimmy), Bonnie Ogle (Charlie), Karen Axley, Gail Mullaney and Judy Petrosky; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Crouch (Tom) and Janice Standridge (Doug). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
