He was predeceased by: his parents, Pamela Rhodes and Charles "Chuck" Moses; his grandparents, Buzzy and Marceline Rhodes of Summerlee, WV; and his aunt Nancy Thomas of Summerlee.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Rhodes; his sons, William Lee and Dakota Jay; and his aunt Barbara Bell. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, four nieces and one nephew.
