She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace James and Frances Louise Shumaker Dempsey; her husband William "Butch" Whitlock, Jr.; and her brother Jack. She is survived by: her son Stephen Douglas Whitlock (Mary); her grandchildren, Riley Frances Whitlock and Bridget Mary Whitlock; her stepgrandson Daniel Wickens; and her siblings, Gerald, Ruth, Brenda, Roger, Wally and Linda.
